The city Gonesse is revising its Land Use Plan to integrate issues of sustainable development in conjunction with the Grand Paris projects. The study will develop a framework for the future development of urbanization with an objective of preservation of the natural and landscape issues. The study consists of an introductory report containing a diagnostic of the actual situation, a new project of sustainable development and some local planning tools (mapping and regulation).
In this diagnosis, Sativa Landscape studies ecological corridors of the valley of Croult and the city’s green spaces, urban and agricultural limits, landscape views and entrances and exits of the city.
