This site stretches out on 2 ha in “Zac Château” center and participated to a strong approach of sustainable development supported by various actors. The landscaping integrates the site various constraints : habitual practices , presence of numerous networks, of tender gypsum, of a high-tension line, a barrier Infrared… as well as objectives of sustainable development such as the limitation of the maintenance by cover grounds plantations rather than with lawns, the choice of compatible vegetable palette with an absence of watering, limitation of the impact of the standing parking lots, the biodiversity improvement by the plantation of a major flowery meadow, uses of natural materials and the rejection of pesticides and phytosanitary. The whole project aims at creating an quality environment for the SMR employees allowing a good integration within the urban development zone as wel as maximal durability and a compatibility with habitual practices of this place.
