Le Toit Angevin has developed a joint program of rental and for ownership in a new city district in the centre of Trélazé.The operation involves the rehabilitation of large concrete halls of the old factory of matches, an industrial architecture with a strong identity, and the creation of new housing on the frame of existing buildings.The program also includes the Tertiary, the installation of the seat of Toit Angevin and conservation and installation of artist studios all ready very present on the site. The program also includes the creation of a central city park connected to the greenway, a public square in entry and renaturation of the entire site.
